CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly note that in order to hold your appointment Curls Collective, By Raven Chanèl requires a 25% deposit to be made at the time of booking. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your completed service. Failure to pay this deposit will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. Your deposit is only transferable or refundable if we are notified of your appointment change 48 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise your deposit is non refundable.
